I am doing so so much better today! Water is the key. It has made a huge difference, today (even though it is only 11:00am) I have already drank 70 ounces. My goal is 250 ounces per day.
Guess what else?! I lost 1.5lbs yesterday! Woot-Woot! My jeans fit differently this morning (can this really be happening this fast?)

I woke up this morning worried you might be trying to drink too much water. I've researched this topic before and the key is to make sure you're not guzzling it, rather sipping it throughout the day. I think this is a good article ... http://www.m.webmd.com/diet/features/water-for-weight-loss-diet
ReplyDeleteThe article recommends 1/2 to 1 ounce of water per pound, so you're not too overboard. I just love ya and want you healthy. :-)
